Change of Address/Phone/Email

UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION AND ACCOUNT PASSWORD

If you need to update your contact information (address, phone number or email address), you have three options to do this.

  1. The fastest methods to update your contact information in online or mobile banking. If you use the online banking option, go to the Profile section under the “Settings” link to make changes. If you are using the mobile app, choose “Manage profile information” under the More tab.
  2. Visit the branch with a government-issued ID. If you are updating a physical or mailing address, proof of residency (e.g., lease agreement, utility bill, deed) will also be required.
  3. Access our online account change form: CLICK HERE  You will be prompted up upload a copy of a valid govenment issued ID and any other supporting documents, such as proof of new address at the end of the form.

 

ADD ANOTHER LAYER OF SECURITY TO YOUR ACCOUNT BY ADDING A VERIFICATION PASSWORD.

If you would like to add even more security to your account, you can add an optional secondary password for use when calling or visiting the branch. This password will be required whenever speaking to a staff member about your account. Please note that this additional password is not used for online or mobile banking. There are two options to add this password:

  1. Log into online banking and choose the Messages link to send us a secure email with your desired password. Once added to your account, anytime you call us for assistance, we will ask you for the password.
  2. Visit the South Ridgedale Ave branch with a government-issued ID.
