America Saves Deposit Match: Official Rules

BUYING WILL NOT HELP YOU WIN. YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE ARE THE SAME AS THE CHANCES OF SOMEONE WHO PURCHASES SOMETHING. IT IS ILLEGAL TO GIVE ANY ADVANTAGE TO BUYERS IN A SWEEPSTAKES.

The following rules (the “Rules”) apply to the RFCU International Credit Union Day Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). The promotional sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Ridgedale Federal Credit Union, 124 South Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936 (“Ridgedale”).

1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to anyone who are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (each, an “Eligible Participant”). Ridgedale employees, board members and their family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time on April 1, 2026, and ends at 4:00 PM Eastern Time on April 30, 2026. (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
3. How to Enter: Eligible Participants will be automatically entered upon a new share savings or club account product opening with a minimum $50.00 opening deposit. One (1) entry per person. As an alternate means of entry (“AMOE”), Eligible Participants may mail a 3-inch x 5-inch card containing their legibly handwritten first and last name, complete mailing address (e.g. street, city, state, ZIP code), telephone number, date of birth, age, and email address to Ridgedale’s address set forth above that is received during the Sweepstakes Period (each Sweepstakes Entry and AMOE, an “Eligible Entry”). One (1) Eligible Entry per Eligible Participant per action taken.
4. Prize: One (1) winner will be awarded up to $200.00 cash to match their initial opening deposit. (the “Prize”). The winner may not choose an alternative prize.
5. How Winners Will Be Determined:
   1. Eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be randomly drawn by hand during a drawing conducted by Ridgedale on May 7, 2026, at 4:00 PM. The odds of winning depend on the total number of Eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) Prize per Eligible Participant.
   2. Winners will be notified within three (3) business days via (i) the contact number and email address provided on their membership application, (ii) the contact number or email address provided on the winning AMOE (the “Notification”). All decisions will be final. No Eligible Participant or winner shall have the right to challenge or contest any decision of Ridgedale, or its rules, interpretations, determinations of eligibility, timeliness, or any other matter. To claim the prize, the winner will be required to provide Ridgedale a signed affidavit of eligibility and publicity release on a form provided by Ridgedale within fourteen (14) days of the Notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
   3. If a winner (i) fails to respond to the Notification within three (3) business days of the Notification, (ii) fails to claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of the Notification, or (iii) is found to be ineligible pursuant to, or fails to meet the requirements of, these Rules, such winner’s entry will be disqualified, and another winner will be randomly selected from the remaining Eligible Entries received.
   4. Winners may choose to collect their prize in person at Ridgedale’s branch, located at 124 South Ridgedale Ave., East Hanover, NJ 07936, or have it mailed to an address provided to Ridgedale. Ridgedale is not responsible for providing transportation to any winner to collect the Prize.
   5. The value of the Prize may be reported for tax purposes as required by applicable law. Each winner may be required to provide Ridgedale with a valid Social Security Number before the Prize is awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of each winner for the actual value of the Prize. Winners are solely responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes on the Prize.
6. Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Eligible Participants, on behalf of his/herself, his/her heirs, executors, representatives, assigns, administrators and next of kin, agrees to release and hold harmless Ridgedale and its respective subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, or receipt, ownership, or use of the prize. Ridgedale is not responsible for any technical issues in conjunction with the Sweepstakes.
7. Disputes: Each Eligible Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of New Jersey; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will an Eligible Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each Eligible Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of each Eligible Participant and Ridgedale in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey.
8. Use of Sweepstakes Information: Ridgedale reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes for editorial, marketing, and any other purpose unless prohibited by applicable law.
9. Winner’s List: For the name of the prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 124 South Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
10. Privacy Policy: All Eligible Entries to the Sweepstakes are subject to Ridgedale’s Privacy Policy, located at https://www.ridgedalefcu.org/privacy-policy .
